The Challenge

Talbott's has a range of biomass energy systems that are designed to use wood waste offcuts as fuel, also providing heating to factories and workshops.

 

They came to us towards the end of 2018 without any prior experience with our marketing methods and wanted to learn more about our appointment setting services.

The Project

Talbott's wanted us to focus on promoting their biomass energy systems, targeting companies across the UK that produce wood/dust waste.


The campaign would aim at reaching out to the appropriate decision-makers in organisations such as Joineries, Carpentry firms and Fencing firms, to enquire as to how they managed their wood waste and if they had any sustainable heating solutions in place.


Our team was tasked with generating appointments for Talbott's to explain how their biomass energy systems could help to cut down on wood waste while simultaneously generating biomass energy for factories and workshops etc.


The initial 30-day pilot campaign was run over 15 weeks, with our team working 2 days per week on the activity. The target for the campaign was to secure 1 fully qualified appointment per day (30 fully qualified appointments in total).

The Results

By the end of the initial campaign, our team had secured a total of 37 fully qualified appointments, 15 of which were converted by Talbott's giving them a conversion rate of 40.5%.


They have remained a long-standing customer after the success of their initial campaign and is now using our services to generate leads and appointments in various European countries and the USA.
